We at DE Hair Place pride ourselves in our world class customer service, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining a very strict and high standard of quality control. All our hair products are derived directly from its country of origin, and are prepared by some of the most skilled craftsmen in the hair market. This is to acquire the top-notch virgin human extensions and lace system.
As a result of the nature of our products, all sales are deemed final. Refunds are not allowed, however, exchanges 'maybe' accepted subjected to the terms and conditions below:

DE Hair Place shipping hours are Monday through Friday. All orders dispatch after processing time. Processing time varies, depending on the product. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please allow 1-3 days for orders to ship.
However, shipping time may take a little longer during sales, promotions, and holidays.
DE Hair Place is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays or any courier delays.
Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information opted by the customer will cause delays. DE Hair Place is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do not issue refunds or credits regarding these matters.
TRACKING ORDERS
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as your order is shipped.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Buyers are responsible to make sure that the address entered is correct. We cannot guarantee change of address after order has been processed and shipped. Please be advised to double-check the address you have entered. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address provided by the buyer.
We are left with the option of waiting to see if package gets sent/returned back to us. Then we will be able to adjust the address.
